When you first log on, you will be taken straight to the deals page. You can search for all the packages by destination or scroll to find the displayed deals. Simply click on the package image to see what is available for each offer.
Once you open up the package then you will see inclusions and a description. To the right of the package is the custom criteria that is required to search for availability. Enter pax numbers and leaving date as well as departure port
If you need to change a hotel or even a room, just click the buttons to bring up various selections that are available
Once you are happy with the itinerary that you have prepared for your customer, simply click "save as a proposal". Fill out the details and you will be ready to email it out
The email client button is located to the right of the itinerary. A preformatted letter is created and the proposal sent. Your customer interactions are recorded under "my Leads" on the main banner. You will be notified when a customer opens the quote along with any other interactions. You will note features such as "chat with client" to ensure you can always reach them
Once the customer is ready to commit, you will find the book now button has replaced the proposal button. By simply clicking this you will be taken through the steps to complete the booking. Always select "pay nett" so you will have your commission straight away.
The system is packed full of features such as "The Blue $ bill" which will show you your commission on each component as you build your itinerary. Likewise, when you are saving your proposal you can mark up your fees or discount for a valued customer. Your proposals will last a day as dynamic pricing changes prices constantly - simply hit edit proposal to refresh for the latest pricing.
